does anyone know if a PP is the only way gnh would raise funds at this point? with all the travel and mention of "other pending news" is it possible gnh is setting up a "bought deal/bond issuance or other type of financing"?? it makes no sense to me to do a PP before assays come out (i'm not sure the participation or PPS would be high enough), but i have no idea of what the time frame requirements are for filing a short form prospectus?

i'm new to PP's, does anyone know if they issued a "short form prospectus" prior to the last PP???
