pen, in the 5+ years i've been involved with the other company you/I are both in i have never even attempted to contact management because i've seen the results of "canned responses", BS, and hot air...i did contact andrea once on a technical question and she was helpful but the difference in "shareholder relationship" is night and day...

the folks at GNH seem to actually care what shareholders think and are very concious to maintain good PR. they are also as open with information as legally possible. the other company uses the mushroom theory (they also dont own any of thier own shares)..

big difference imo, and that is worth something in itself...
