Tooner, in my 35years with BMO (mostley Commercial Lending) I never once had tochase after a customer that had positive results to provide. I did my share of calling, visiting & waiting for a variety of reasns only to get results that were less than expected. Just food for thought. However we have to remember this 7+week delay is because the labs are slow.
