I would think that all the meetings with potential investors has been laying the groundwork for a PP. It would certainly make sense, to have all their ducks in a row, for when the upcoming NR comes out.

Looking back at all their trips, I can't see anything else that our management would have in mind, other than a PP after a good news NR.
