I actually just asked Frank about the new tonnage estimates and was told that the new estimate only includes known values for T1 and T2 and does not include any T1 or T2 extensions, 88 zone and Road/Ascot Zone. The board feels that it is better to post conservative estimates for which we already have evidence rather than making claims that have yet to be proven. Management's feeling towards their tonnage potential hasn't changed, they would rather under promise and over deliver since companies get hit hard when they don't live up to their stated expectations.
