Just doing some very quick simple math,
it costs about $4.50 per tonne to load and haul aggregate provided that it is close and you can maintain a fast turn around. The aggregate must be fine enough (12mm minus) so you don't tear the truck apart. A back-haul is unlikely. If you have about 1g/t then your cost just to truck rock would be more than 10% of your retail value provided gold stays above 1300.00.
You would also need a road system capable of handling heavy load traffic year round. You would need to have a mill less than 15-20 kilometers away and an assay value over 3g/t to even consider hauling rocks around the countryside imo.
However, I'm no expert in mining or gold production but I did own dump trucks and I know how expensive it is to haul anything with on-highway trucks. If you have a mill within the distance and infrastructure requirements of a fleet of F797 Caterpillar off-road trucks then maybe yes.
