For the record, Cook didn't call it a "pump job" as you suggest. He called it heavily promoted. If you are going to paraphrase, do so properly.

Pump jobs are usually out of the 604 with regards to the TSXV and have nothing in the ground - not the case here. Recent pumps include, but are not limited to: FO, KDX, FOX, ATC, anything Jim Dines or Doug Casey recommends and all markets manipulated by the trading desk at Goldman Sachs and Phibro including Crude Oil, Wheat, and the E-Minis.

If you like following pumps, look up Timothy Sykes. He is awesome at calling out pumps in the US and shorting them.
