Thats the impression i got as well, that they just want people to understand there is no set in stone date for the 100 million tons.. Personally i could care less if thats a month or so late as long as they prove it. This company also seems to be pretty conservative, so stating 100 million tons makes me wonder if the real number they have in mind for the t1, t2 ascot/road and snow white is more like 125-150 million tons. that is just my opinion though.
