New Discovery Resulting in a 20KM Mineralized Gold Belt
Hi Yukon,
You are correct that the company has not promised proving anything by a certain date. I recall that Brattymack also stated that a week or two ago. I think many people have come to think that they have in fact promised something because we have seen that posted here so often. Where did it start? I don't know. Perhaps from the Conclusions section of the company approved Hoov report? "Drilling in the vicinity of the Timmins/Ascot/88 Zones has the potential to define 100 million tonnes of gold mineralization before the year ends."
Clearly, not a promise. However, some people may feel that they have a reasonable expectation of that happening, given the author and the thoroughness of the report. That may be one mans opinion or it might be the view of the company. Seems to me that Larry said that he was not asked to remove anything in the report so perhaps it is the opinion of both. For me it is simply a target that they are striving for. I don't know if it is defined in the corporate strategic plan but it does appear to be a legitimate goal.
Thanks for pointing out again that no promises have been made but if we don't hear news to that effect you will unfortunately likely have to mention it again as we get closer to year end.
