Message: Had a Skype with Sasha...

Called for a weekly update and at one point he asked if I had 'Skype'. Well, I do have it but I'd never used it until now. It's pretty awesome and let's just say if a picture is worth a thousand words, then 1 Skype call is worth a dozen phone calls.

He pulled up the latest corporate presentation and went over in detail what things mean, where they are working, where they plan to drill, what things are called, and so on.

Not sure how much time I have to go over things so I'll touch on the main points and then hopefully write more at some other time.

On page 6, you'll notice holes (I think) 130 and 131 intersct T2. This should 'complete' T2B as you can see there is a gap in the thick red lines which are marked as AU zones. Special note, there is VG in both of these holes.

The thin green lines are drill holes where assay results are pending.

The thin purple lines are where drill holes have returned assays.

You can also notice the thick blue lines on these drill holes which signifies quartz in diorite. If you go back on record you will notice that our best assay results came from thin purple lines where there was some thick blue lines - and there weren't too many of them.

Now, if you look at this map (which I found to be a bit fuzzy when I zoomed in, by the way) take notice of all of the thin green lines that are covered by thick blue lines. These represent drill holes that have interected quartz in diorite that are still in the lab.

I'm not saying that these assays are going to be better than the previous. I'm not saying that when the assays are released, our share price is going to up. I'm not saying that this is going to increase the tonnage by a significant amount.

However, I would like to point out certain aspects of this map and what it looks like may be coming down the pipe. I definitely wrote that I thought the first batch of assays would be worse than the upcoming batch based on my understanding of what they were looking for and occurrences of VG. I think these ones will be better than the last previous.

Apparently holes 132 and 133 are deep holes that interesct T1 at 650m and then touch the Ascot/Road Zone beyond 700m. I think the key point here is that the theory is that although the assay results were not exceptional for the Ascot/Road Zone, they did not drill deep enough to get to the gold within the diorite. It's not abnormal for this type of deposit to be at different depths, not to mention the strong gold indication from the geochem (my words here) lends itself to finding more of the stuff. Proof will be in the assays here.

Also they have had up to approx 5000 samples into Actlabs of which 2000 of those are Geochem (they've go about 1000 of those back) and some of them are in 'rush' status but as mentioned, some of this stuff is out of their control.

Just a side note on some posts. I see things posted that GNH has 'promised' results back by a certain time. Having never been promised anything by anyone from GNH I asked about this because it confounded me. Sasha says nobody has made any promises as far as reults go. Not trying to defend these guys but I can see that one getting out of hand here, and getting worse by the day. Everyone wants results, and I truly think they are trying to bring them to market in good speed.

Dare I say the tonnage estimates on the presentation are conservative, but they may be. There is a 'gap' on T2 which should be filled in the near future which could boost tonnage up another 30%.

The moral of this post is...being able to go over the presentation with Sasha on Skype brought a lot more clarity even to me. He says there is a new map which wil be posted soon which shows the locations of holes of up to at least 133 which I think could really bolster this area.

It seems as though they have a lot going on, but most of it is in preparation for a serious drilling/exploration/bulk sampling/geochem/expansion campaign in the future.

I guess they feel pretty good about their prospects.

Holding tight and sitting comfortably after having weathered a few storms already...
