"I think your wrong when we asked management they claimed to have no intention of issuing a pp anytime soon as they said they had enough cash for now"
When a company says "we have no intention of doing this or that" surely we all know that sometimes that is a negotiating ploy. Perhaps they have no intention of doing it, but if someone takes note and sweetens the terms of a prospective deal so that it ends up looking attractive enough to management, intentions can quickly change.
But, hey, I sincerely hope you're right and no PP is needed or happens. It seems like every junior I own has done PPs recently, and frankly I am getting sick of it. The companies I sold shares in (RIG, and various Canadian banks) to buy more of these juniors have had some great moves lately, and here these juniors are doing nothing good for my portfolio right now. I know, patience and faith are key, but it is still quite annoying.
