It is unfortunate that our security laws do not require companies to allow all shareholders to have the opportunity to participate in PP on a basis proportionate to their number of shares. This way dilution would affect us equally. Dilution is the biggest enemy when you invest in mining exploration companies. Proper laws would go a long way to level the playing field and it would also it would make for a heathier stockmarket.
