Quite a day! After reading a lot of the good stuff on this board I feel less of an idiot as after lightening up before going away a few months ago, yesterday morning and the day before I was buying back aggressively trying to get the bottom, which I suppose is a classic rookie mistake. The share price at the end of the day makes it look like I was a tad early. Maybe I wasn't on my own doing this?

Feel a lot better now after reading what has been said by knowledgable posters and will keep quite a bit further away from the screen from now on. Will also be in on the next pp. GLTA.
