semi, i know many ETF's and funds cant/wont deal in stocks under $1...i'm not sure how the "venture" part plays in and i dont know if they have to trade for a specified period (i.e. 30days) above $1...

i do know that ETF's/funds can help the PPS dramatically when there are few sellers..
