It is very unusual for a stock to run up this fast without any news, and like you said, a NR is likely to be out very soon, perhaps after the close. I am surprised that the stock has not already been halted by the exchange, today, as the company may have to explain to the regulators why the stock is moving so fast without any news. JMO

Another poster, on Friday, posted a video where a topic came up about when a stock reached a 52 week high on a Friday, and if the SP opened higher on Monday, then it would have been wise to take profit or let it run and in this instance the information posted was right on the button.
