The current SP for GNH is probably fairly close to fair value, I think. It's been in the 57-64 range long enough to have settled on that as a proper price.

My own problem with "irrational exuberance" is people repeatedly publicly posting that this stock will soon soar to $10. Such optimism gets dashed when reality sets in, and then the folks who listened to the irrationally exuberant end up sending me private emails complaining about their investment.

I haven't bothered to even inform myself enough about GNH to set my own realistic price target (I never respect my own targets anyway), but the wiser folks here have told me $1.20 by Xmas is perfectly reasonable to count on.
