New Discovery Resulting in a 20KM Mineralized Gold Belt
because we are all waiting in anticipation for the Hoov Report.
All this talk about financing just before we are to recieve our first batch of assays had me wondering, what's up with that? So, I decided to approach the man who would know more than any, exactly where we are in that regard, and what his strategy is for us going forward in regards to financing.
Basically, GNH is in the process of doing a technical report filing for SEDAR. This involves the commencement of following the NI 43-101 and as of by the end of September everything done and recorded historically up to this summers drilling campaign will become official as per an independant Geologist. This Geologist was actually on site for about 4 or 5 days early August. His job was to determine that all proper procedures and standards have been followed. This report is essential for negotiating the best deal for shareholders on future financing, whatever that might be. Frank understands that we have to get more new shareholders holding positions as we will not grow by keeping all our shares within the existing shareholder base. He also understands how beneficial it is to have the brokers push our story out in the market. We have to break away from being basically just an investment for retail shareholders. Most of us know that we have to get over a buck for the institutions to look at us seriously. Frank is very happy with our progression and is as excited as us for the future.
I had to ask him directly if we were drilling throughout this winter and he basically said our drills are not stopping for anything and we will probably see a second drill sooner rather than later. He told me that we are now basically in a position to run 3 drills very efficiently. Our procedures have been addressed and cleaned up so that we will see in the future a steady logical stream of assays.
It was a very nice conversation that went on for about 15 minutes and I did not ask, but he told me that the assays are coming way before the SEDAR filing. In other words very very soon.
We are very fortunate to have a leader that is highly ethical, but also truly cares about all the shareholders.
