"Also when you extrapolate a market cap forward you must factor in the need for dilution. Please be aware our company MUST raise more money and it needs to do so VERY soon. This will dilute our shares and reduce the per share future value."
Yeah, PC... I tried to explain dilution to the pumpers months ago, they didn't get it. You have to wonder if they've ever invested in an exploreco before.
I didn't know how important burn rate was, or the rules of thumb for it. That's some good info to remember. I guess that really forces GNH to put out some impressive results pronto, so that they can do a quick PP right after for the best price.
Maybe a future PP is what "Helicopter Bob" was getting involved for? Finding one heavy hitter to buy a large PP, someone like Wheaton or Goldcorp, not only provides money but also puts GNH on the radar for the entire industry.
I kinda figured some of GNH's future success should already be priced into the stock now. Then again, if they manage to prove up 100Mt by Xmas with only some of their targets explored, maybe Mr. Market will then decide to factor in an extra amount of possible future ore for the rest of their property?
