Canada is definitely delayed 15 minutes on Google Finance. Also google.ca/finance and google.co.uk/finance.

(I like having 30 stocks and indicators open to watch at any one time.)

Dunno about the other exchanges - US ETFs seem to be real-time, as well as the SPX. I follow nothing else, as the Venture is where it's at right now - anything mining copper, silver or gold is prone to 10% upmoves on any given day right now.
