The timing of results is important in several ways.

firstly, if you are preparing a non-compliant report you want to make sure you get your point accross and convey your potential yet still be within the guidlines of the securities regulators. This is a fine balancing act and requires numerous rewrites and submissions to the lawyers before you can release.

The other challenge you have is the free trading of your financing. You also want to be in a position to put a new financing package in place. This is also a balancing act.

If I wasn't long on this stock and simply position trading I would have shorted this two weeks ago and made a nice profit by Tuesday. I'm sure there are several traders who are doing just that.

Like Twilight said a few days ago. "you can't fight against a sell off". In the same token the company can't fight off short selling with a news release. It will just wash out. Be patient. Even if our sp drops in the next few days it only matters if you planned on selling! Otherwise, what difference does it make? The impact of the assay release will be magnified if we start from a lower sp as it will create a much larger jump and much bigger volume.

I'm a buyer on weakness. Yank your bids.......let this drop a few points and then buy in heavy. There is easy money here on the backs of dumb money.
