it's my guess that whoever is selling probably has a very low basis (a lot of guys do)..so in the end i would think the folks buying in the 50's could only help us longterm. the higher the average cost basis gets, the better imo.

still, the timing is suspicious. it does seem someone wanted to drive the price down. either that, or they needed money in a big hurry...
