Ok, back to it.

I'll just ramble off in random paragraphs.

The deepest they have gone so far is 340 metres true depth, and there was VG at 434m.

I prodded Dany about the possibility of getting a second drill, he said it depends on financing but they would like to get one after Christmas.

They have a new 'used' drill core saw. Interestingly enough, the driller from the last site visit was the one who hooked them up with this cutter. It is way faster and I can see why...and actually appears safer. You put the core (which is usually broken into pieces) in the slot, turn on the saw and then a hydraulic press pushes the core through a chamber where it gets cut in half. Our boy Dany made a simple modification that speeds up the process even further. By putting a dial that controls the flow of hydraulic solution he can control the speed at which the core goes through this chamber. It was so slow to get the pieces up to the chamber area, they are shaving major time off a saw that was already saving major time.

In the office there were at least 2 more people working. I will assume that they are the 2 jr geologists I have heard about as they were both female. I know they have spent a lot of time out in the field looking for outcrop but having them in the office to enter data and interpret core is obviously going to be a great asset moving forward. In my business I don't bring in people to work unless I have good use for them. And I wouldn't expect GNH to invest in extra help and spending the time to train and get these geo's familiar with the property if they didn't expect to be progressing in the long term with this project. A small indicator of how things may be going, but I view it as a positive sign for the progress of the company. I've heard only great things about them and their work ethic.

Burn rate and cash. I heard from either Sasha or Frank (can't remember) that they have 2.2M in the bank. I do not know if this is including any future warrants, rebates, or anything else and I will assume that it does not. At present they are spending 300k per month. This will give them 7 months at the current burn rate. The 300k per month is going like all hell on the property and could easily be tapered back if belt tightening was required (I don't anticipate that ever happening). In my previous post I mentioned the pedal is to the metal and I think it most certainly is. Not only is there drilling going on 24/7, and cutting, assays, storing, tree removals, heavy equipment, geo staff, and on and on...he mentioned that this also includes more geochem mapping which I personally think has been quite extensive.

Speaking of geochem, you can honestly take this a just a pure hunch on my behalf but I think that they have done quite a bit of this over the past few months. I was looking around the office for some more geochem reports but didn't see any. I just know the girls were in the field months ago, and there were references to geochem on areas that I did not know existed. I'm not sure if they results are back, or if they have just sent the samples out but if I had to make a bet I'd take the side that there is a lot more geochem information in the works. A pure hunch....

Funny story. We just got the site and the CBC guy pulls out his mike and is interviewing and listening to Tilsley go on and do his thing in front of us. Some guy named Ben picked up a rock and says he thinks he found gold and wouldn't you know it....it sure as hell does look like gold! To the naked eye, we get a confirmation and I kind of freak out like I can't believe this guy picks up his first rock and finds gold like it's some kind of divine miracle....seriously I've seen people scour rocks for an hour and end up empty handed. Anyways, big commotion and the CBC guys has the whole thing on tape and we get the lens out and of course the biggest Debbie Downer of the Day, it's pyrite. I'll tell you though...if that was real gold that would have been the best radio show of the year!

The CBC radio guy interviewed Tilsley extensively, Frank and The Hoov! It was in English and I have no idea when this show we be broadcasted. Rest assured that this is great exposure and I find it doubly exciting because exposure like this tends to snowball and catch momentum...which I think we are starting to get plenty of. It is such an exciting story and the potential so tremendous that I think that the more exposure we get, the more we will be requested to have.

It was cool being with Jay Taylor on the tour. My Bay St pal totally recognized him from CNBC and was quite surprised and impressed that he was along for the tour. I didn't speak to Jay much at all except for one question and a few comments. So Jay, what do you think? His response was pretty clean; Well, it looks like there is a sampling problem here but that it can be overcome. That pretty much sums it up, and I just read his report and could not agree more.

Ok, still got lots more to report. I'll change gears and write another post.
