skier, i agree it should be done after assays (assuming they're good) but i'm not real sure why a bought deal would be better than a PP. imo bought deals tend to give away more (or at least the same) as a PP...at least with PP's you spread the shares around

we wont have earnings anytime in the near future so anything that is tied to interest payments is out...

i wonder if the words "strategic partnership" might be coming down the road....

in any case, we are in a good place right now....discussing the best option to raise funds means you have options available...right now, many companies are begging for anything they can get...GNH is'nt in that boat...
