One question though: is the "heli guy" Brad was talking about a different guy to the one Larry was talking about ?

Because Brad was saying "arriving tomorrow", name is "Bob something" and Larry was saying "visitor who came by helicopter today".

Would be nice to know if we have 2 different helicopter guys and the corresponding names (or the name of Bob something, if it would be the same guy). Maybe rago1 can help out here ?
