He seemed very busy and with Sasha gone, I expected him to be.
My only question was: In our model for 100Mt, we are assuming the deposit to go to 1000 meters in depth. Why are we drilling our deep holes only to 700 meters which will give us only about 550m actual depth.
His response was that the deeper we go, the more expensive it is. The company has a chart and for the first 100 meters, they pay X number of dollars per meter. For the second 100 meters, we pay X + Y dollars per meter etc. So drilling gets to be quite expensive when we get deep and we can improve tonnage as easily and cheaper by extending the zone at surface which is our plan.
He then went on to tease me about who was going to be at the site in the next few weeks. He did not give any names but he said Jay Taylor was not the only big name coming and that we were starting to attract some heavy hitters.
I heard the other line ring in the background and he came back with I have to go but "call me anytime" As busy as he is, he is taking the time to talk to everyone and I appreciate that.
I do believe they have a master plan and the pieces are coming together very nicely.
