as a venture company, is there any requirement that GNH MUST release assays as they come in or at some certain point? i'm really not sure what the requirements are for venture co's...can they selectively release certain samples at any time?

NO !

You have to release assay results as they become available, if they are considered to have a significant impact on the share price. It´s called "material information".

But assays can be released in "batches", if, for example, the company is reporting on infill drilling (with no significant material information).

I know at least two companies that are "collection" assay results to be released in batches, but in general I would assume that an explorer is mostly dealing with "material" information and therefore is required to release results as they become available.

So, the news stream from GNH could start any day now (drilling started back in April).
