New Discovery Resulting in a 20KM Mineralized Gold Belt
twilight:
Are the upcoming assays going to show gold in areas that previous assays haven't already taken care of? I.e., will they show new resource that hasn't yet been demonstrated by previous holes?
Our initial drill program of 2000m has been expanded 2 times previously to 6000m.
5865.5 m had been drilled in 27 holes prior to the summer break (July 30).
And re-starting at July 12, an additional 3285m in 15 holes were planned.
That is a total of 9150.5 m in 42 holes for this expanded summer program.
The drill locations did expand the known Timmins area (especially new areas at Ascot/Road Zone and between Timmins2 and 88 Zone have been discovered).
See drill map on page 11 of actual presentation:

On top of that, 2 holes were drilled at the previously undrilled Beland anomaly (see PR June 23). Visible gold was encountered.
The additional 15 holes that are currently underway are planned as follows:
Nine of these holes are spotted to test extensions of recently discovered zones on the Bellechasse-Timmins deposit.
In addition, three holes are planned on each of the Sugar Bush and Laval's Mountain gold indicator soil gas hydrocarbon anomalies.
So, there is a lot of "new discoveries" to be explored, even at the known Timmins area !
Meaning, in your terms, twilight : little to no "infill" and enormous "step-outs" !
