Message: Sasha reply on Amex listing

To all, I asked Sasha if GNH had plans to be listed on the AMEX. As a US investor it's a pain to buy/sell on the pinks with any volume/liquidity. Also, over the years I've seen many canadian companies grow exponentially after US listing due to volume increase, ETF buying, etc. . i've also seen it cost them big bucks.

His answer imo is the correct one although I look forward to the day i can trade on the AMEX. He said it was OK to post his reply.

REPLY-

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, I was at the property all day yesterday and am just catching up now.

An AMEX listing is something that we have considered, but it is expensive. To become a fully reporting US issuer would run the company anywhere from $150k-250k plus all the additional annual listing, filing legal and administrative fees which can cost as much as an additional $250k per annum. At the moment we are 100% focused on our core business of drilling holes and proving up a deposit and therefore committing funds to become a fully reporting US issuer is not essential. However, as we grow an AMEX listing is definitely something we would look at.

Regards,

Sasha Asgary
