glori, i know it's very early to estimate processing/cash costs for production but $40 per ton seems high to me......not that i have any experience...but looking at osisko.
OSK claims 1.2gr/ton with a cash cost of $319oz....that would be roughly $10 per ton.
what factors would cause the additional $30 per ton?
i'm probably way off base here, but if indeed it does cost $40 ton would'nt we need a grade (i think we may have it) of almost 2gr/ton to have a comparable "profit per ounce" to OSK?
sorry to keep bringing osk into this but it's the best company i've found for valuation purposes...and hopefully a good historical indicator of what we may do...
as always, please correct me where needed.
