Our market cap isn't just going to jump to $4B based on the in ground value. It will be increased through resource estimates, feasibility studies, permitting, environmental assessments, etc. All of these costs a lot of money and to pay for them the share float will increase dramatically. If everything goes as we think it will, we might hit a $4B market cap one day, but by then we'll probably have 3-4 times more shares.

Point: $4B MC possible, $30/share seems less likely.
