Can someone provide me with an explanation as to who Anonymous is or who they can possibly be?

Can I be Anonymous? Can insiders be Anonymous? Why be Anonymous? Is it a good thing, bad thing or doesnt matter thing if Anonymous is active in a company and its buying of shares?
