Even to my untrained eye, based on all I have read on this board, the .25Gr/t is very conservative so without changing any of your other assumptions the share price has to be higher then the $1.21 you calculated.

I do hope all of your estimates are low and the price ends up 3-4 times your estimate but that is pure investor hope and dreaming at this point.
