IMO there is more to it than speculation at this point. With pending NR and addition of new directory with a long list of impressive credentials the site is poised to pop. However with that said - not everything can come out at once including NR, Assays and Gold. We're still attracting some inventors - they're coming on board for the potential and positioning. Right now - getting in at low SP is good positioning. No doubt that this site has potential otherwise the pumping phase would have run its course already. This could very well be the next Osisko as they claim or better. They are next to each other.
