I do not think Mr Drouin joined here just because he was invited. When I talked to Frank Candido at the AGM, he said they were working on adding quality people to the BoD as he knew this was a weakness for the company. So they must of been having discussions with this gentleman for the last few months. This guy did his DD before saying yes, I have no doubt about that. I am hoping to talk to the company later today and will report back when I do.
