It appears Mr. Hoel wants 'out'. He's got about 2 more kicks at the can before he has achieved his goal. I must say I am surprised that our SP has treaded back to 19ish. I can imagine that there would be little buyers as most are comfortably in the PP, but at this stage of the game I don't know where the sellers are coming from. Frank and Mr. Hoel are not in a highly amicable situation, so I am not so sure that Hoel is aware of the intimate details of what the crew is doing. With that said, when someone like this sells you have to question the motive. And for the record, he hasn't timed is selling all too well in the past...looks like Frank has though!
