"G,90 miilion shares outstanding PP will add 44 million shares dillution (with 100% warrants filled) This is almost 50% for $4 million. Funding is key, but this seems a bit steep. No clear discription in the NR of what the sell restrictions will be either. I am puzzled. Help me out.

My take on this PP happening right not...

I think that the Company is literally "Going for it"... Check out the price of gold, check out the fact that we just went through a recession/depression (depending on your point of view) which boosts the price of gold and some analysts think there may be another round still coming (I sure hope not!!!) , have a look at all the recent newly aquired data with the new technology that "seems" to proving itself up very nicely (will be proven or disproven in the next round of results from drilling!)

With gold holding at above $1100/ounce, this is the perfect storm brewing, in my opinion. Also, with the reports that I have read that the big mining companies are beginning to look for more resources as the mines that they are operating right now become depleted... Well,

I am thinking that this is the PERFECT TIME to go for it... PROVE UP somewhere between 1 and 10 million ounces of gold and see if we have any interest from a major gold producer... I think that once we cross that 1 million threshold, there will be some interest shown by one of the majors, so let's get the money in the kitty to drill the dickens out of this area to prove up much more strike length just in case we end up being bid on before we get the share price up for this company... having that money in the kitty right now is very good thinking, in MY opinion, after carefully thinking it through.

My final point, I have been involved in a company (Rhonda) who were in business to make money by doing private placements... Exploring??? sure, they did some... but they sure spent a lot of money on OTHER things which were not good for the shareholders. That was a tough lesson learned. From the reports given from Hoov and Brad and Scott and, and, and... I think that this money will be very well spent and after talking to Sasha myself, I believe that these guys that are running this company only stand to make good to great money if they can turn around and sell this company for a MUCH HIGHER share price than where we are at today...

So, good company, good management and the perfect storm brewing... I have made my investment. Do your own DD, talk to the guys from the company and get a feel for where they are headed. I think you will like it.
