Essentially this NR is reporting on some housework that Frank had been working on for the past 5 months. The old management had a different style of running things and this is him undoing one of those things. There were some agreements made in the past that were weighted in favour of protecting the management. I think most of us on here, me included, were not around for some of the drama relating to the control of GNH a few years ago.

This is a very positive step and part of the new regime. As Frank is very bullish on the future of the company this deal was important to put full control in the hands of shareholders.

In short, this is monkey off our backs and we are now even more ready to put the drill to the till in 2010 and uncork the Beauce.
