Sasha sent me a new map and I've published it to the photos section. It's called Beauce Area Claims March 12, 2010
I love this one. It pretty much details the Beauce and makes it much simpler to visualize where the zones are in relation to the towns, and their named claims etc.
Much of the area is pending claims which does not belong to GNH, but to Bowmore/Osisko, Fancamp and some other local prospector who will probably make a few bucks or two by flipping them...
It gives decent perspective on the Timmins Zone and the sweet Ascot Zone to the north east and in the same claim block. I suppose if the geochem footprint is all over the place, then the other holder of these other claims might find themselves in good company if Tilsley's theory of bulk sampling works....which it does, and if the geochem zones possess gold, which it looks like it does.
Anyways, looking at this map it's obvious to me why those who were intimately involved in this area have rapidly staked their claims. It's a bit crazy when you think about it...
