New Discovery Resulting in a 20KM Mineralized Gold Belt
Hey folks,
I had emailed Sasha over the weekend...a very busy one for me personally so I didn't have time to post anything. He shared a story with me which he endorsed to be shared on Agoracom.
On Friday there was a prospector in his office who has been in the business for over 30 years. He holds over 4000 claims all over Quebec and a large amount of those are in the Beauce. He has been selling many of these to Bowmore and VDO and was also quite proud of how much he has been getting for these claims. This guy told Sasha that there is going to be rush of new players entering the region in the next little while as his deals become finalized.
So...behind the scenes there is a LOT of activity happening and it appears as though the rush is on in getting the slice of the Beauce. Perhaps this really IS the next big mining district in Quebec/Canada? (ROF aside) It sure as hell looks that way when you look at the government maps. Sasha thinks this staking rush is of historical significance it is so frenzied and vast.
Also that BOW/OSK might be making noise in the near future about the area and their claims. IMO everything seems to be flying under the radar and this could represent the coming out party.
And I was wrong about the reasoning of Osisko/GNH JV dissolving due to management issues. Basically OSK ran out of money and they weren't getting the intersections they wanted on Timmins and the 88 Zone to boost their stock and raise more money. Let's hope that Tilsley and the new bulk approach gets the grades that are warranted to develop this region.
