Full of knowledge, insight and always happy to answer any questions that come his way. When Hoov speaks (or types for that matter) everybody listens (or reads). Could Hoov be responsible for the increase we saw today, probably not, but when he gives a recommendation, a whole lot of people trust his judgement.
