In the next week, if I have down time on my biz trip, I will try and do some research to find some comparables to the Bellechasse-Timmins (hereafter refereed to as BT) deposit. I have a packed schedule all the way to Wed evening when I get back to MTL.

That being said, I believe that what we are in presence of is a very large tonnage ore body for which we are awaiting confirmation of grade results. From what I have deduced, the known mineralization is open in all directions. The known mineralization is 18-30M tonnes (as per the corp presentation) and the recent Geo Chem has at least doubled the surface area. We also know that the target known as "Laval's Mountain" (hereafter refereed to as LM) exhibits the same type of signature.

LM is 8kms away from BT. BT appears to be extending in all directions along-strike of the fault line without any real signs of stopping: the recent Geo Chem. demonstrates that pretty well. So my question is: Does this geological event repeat along the belt, and if so, at what interval? Or, are we looking at something that is continuous?

From what I have heard over the years, I was told that the BT deposit resembles the "Juneau Alaska" deposit which was in the hands of Nova Gold. I am pretty sure that there are other examples, but I do not know them.... yet. I was also lead to believe that the

My quest for this thread is to spur a collective research effort to find comparable deposits, their size and the frequency of their occurance. I no longer have much access to academic material outside of Google, so if anyone does, please PM me.

I will kick it off with a bit of a linkfest:
