New Discovery Resulting in a 20KM Mineralized Gold Belt
the "break even" point is .5 grams per ton. ....this is an average
(obviously there are inherant variables with every deposit)
....consequently, you will find some producers mining at .7 grams per ton.
this might be considered a minimum economic grade if one would like to have a profit margin of at least .2 grams a ton.
however a more accurate minimum economic grade is .5 grams per ton: especially as we go into the future. With world gold deposits dwindeling significantly, this .5 will decrese while the price of gold over the next decade will increase.
in our case, GNH has premium infastructure and accessbility, together with our deposit starting on surface: this makes .7 grams profitable. ....and if it happens to be 1.5 grams? well that would be very profitable indeed and we most likely will be bought out by a larger producer :)
cheers ....danny
