Grams per ton?

Does anyone know the grams per ton we need for a mine? Are we at it with the .05 oz per ton based upon the drill sample or do we need the .11 oz per ton as in the bulk sampling. 18-30MT give me a value of at least a Billion in gold at the .05 oz level but I am wondering will this deposit be economical at those levels?
