Great observation Paper!

If you are getting your info from canadianinsider.com, it only goes back so many transactions which does not entirely do justice to all the insider buying. There has been very strong inder buying since April '08, a good deal of which was from the technical staff. I think it would be safe to say that they saw something rather positive as Frank Glass, the geophysicist i believe (could be wrong), bought something in the region of 300k.

And just as an FYI, seeing as how you came over from the PDL board, it is noteworthy that Andre Douchane joined the GNH BOD for 200k options at 0.35 - the same price as all the other management opitons out there. He must have seen something worht his while.
