Quick GNH overview

This is a post from another board in response to someone asking "What makes GNH a good investment?" The response was constructed based on the last two NR's.

In short, GNH is a good company to invest in because they are developing an economic system of mineral deposits.

In Quebec, as the last news releases have stated, there are strong showings of highly mineralized zones. Sept.17.07 NR: The Timmins Zone is a quartz vein breccia system hosted in an older diorite intrusive. The intrusion is larger than the historical Timmins Zone and includes the Timmins, Timmins South and the Ascot zones. The latter two zones have had little attention since the 1950s. Effectively these three zones appear to be parts of one mineralized system separated by the intrusive core, sediment roof pendants and/or fault offsets. The mineralized zones have been traced through an area measuring approximately 150 metres by 450 metres.

Sept.17.07 NR: The Ascot Zone in Lot 10, Range 2 Bellechasse Township has been exposed by trenching along a strike length of 210m where the overburden cover is less than two metres, and channel sampling of the exposed portion will be completed shortly. Additional trenching to the west and to the east followed by diamond drilling for structure and possibly large-diameter drilling to establish grade is planned.

The “Coucou” zone in Bellechasse, Quebec is huge. From the Sept.27.07 NR: The partially exposed zone is composed of brecciated silicified volcanic rocks that have been traced over an approximate 700 meter (2,300ft) strike length and 200 meter (656ft) width and has shown to contain visible sulfides. The most altered and mineralized part of the exposed zone has been traced over a distance of 200 meters (656ft) and width of 90 meters (295ft) and has now been mapped in detail and subsequently sampled. If you calculate the size of this anomaly along the 700m strike, it comes out to 40,000,000 tons or rock for every 100 meters in depth. The surface samples have been secure packed and shipped to an accredited laboratory. All analytical results will be announced as received from the laboratory.

Sept.17.07 NR: Regional prospecting has located a series of post-Taconic ultrabasic bodies with associated alteration zones that contain base and precious metals. These are being mapped geologically and geophysically. From my DD these anomalies are “Serpentinites” that extend for many kilometers starting from the Eastern Metals deposit located on the eastern boundaries of the GNH claims. These “Serpentinites” appear to resemble the Bou Azzer deposit in Morocco – Nickel, Cobalt intrusive with “shell” containing gold and possibly PGM’s. Conveniently, the GNH Head Geologist, James Tilsley, spent time at Bou Azzer.

On the Maine properties, there are 4-6 pods, which are each reputed to contain 5-10 million tons of ore, $70-100 rock. An abundance of historical data exists to support my statements and the current drill campaign is geared to confirm this. These pods are open-pit target located in a highly favorable political climate in a depressed area in the State of Maine. Moreover, the infrastructure in the area is beyond reproach – deep sea port within 10 miles of the property, pristine roads everywhere, local labor who are happy to have work in the area.

Most juniors would be more than happy to have one of these properties in their portfolio. The fact is that GNH has both and has not released material developments for either yet and the market knows it. At these levels, the stock is cheap for what you get. *Diamond in the ruff* The risk is that there is nothing in the ground and they decide to raise cattle instead.

+Fully capitalized to carry out current drill program, next 12 months
+Market cap of $16 mil = big potential on the upside
+Analytical coverage – Cormark, GMP
+News flow of results will be constant through the winter months. And, as stated above, there will be news soon from current work.
