Noticeable trend changes in Euro-denominated gold and equities has been marked since March 03, 2016, when the chart was updated. At least this is one chart with a recognizeable triple waterfall crash.

My bad, TD.TO reached new highs on the equity rally, not the TSX. I can't edit my postings, so I'll leave it to be corrected at a later time. If the housing market collapses along with the stock market, GBN will be caught without any source of capital except the capital raised during the defeasance.(this is a not insubstantial amount) My guess as it stands is GBN management wishes the company to appear to wind up during a bear market.
