I wanted to post this chart a little early this week, since we are at a milestone in $CAD gold prices. The last 'speed line' has been jumped, and the next target would be the historic high in gold prices in $ CAD.

But the situation is that we are engaged in a game of baseball, where the rules are that the pitcher provides a pitch exactly through the centre of the strike zone, so that the batter has the best chance of knocking the ball out of the park. Nobody would think much of this baseball game if the batter were at leisure to essentially wait for the perfect pitch. Nobody would be much engaged in baseball as sport.

But what the company now proposes is that we wheel out a paraplegic in the batter's box, and wave their legal documents in the air with the lawyer's stamp of approval that the batter will knock it out of the park. So with the bat leaning up against the wheelchair the pitch is made perfectly in the centre, but we are obliged to await the batter's preference whether he elects to hit the ball or not.

And yet, the perfect pitches keep coming every day, higher $CAD gold prices, soon to be at their historic highs. It's been months since we heard anything, and the 45-day extension of the stay of proceedings ends July 19.
