GBN.V Daily

The daily chart over the last eight years shows that all of the accumulation has occurred at the lower price levels. Over 20 years, This accumulation outpaces the initial years after GBN.V consolidated all of the prospective ground in 2002.

There are 2.6 million shares available on the offer in the pre-market as of this morning.

Should you buy out the available shares on the market, or have done so in the intervening months since the last shareholder meeting and the recent notice to a default, be sure to contact the company using their contact form on the website. Make sure that they are aware that you are an investor in the company and that you hold thus many shares, even if it's a smaller account.

The reason why you should contact the company is in the event a shareholder eviction should occur. You need to let the company know so they can determine who the beneficial shareholders are.

The notice to a default has 10 business days to be filled, so there's five business days from now until action is taken. I believe it will trigger restructuring of the company, even though it appears to be a pro-forma formality, is meant to 'strongarm' the outcome.
