via Stockwatch.com - At The Open
So this morning at the open, no regulatory filing appeared. The notice to default is thefore pro-forma. We also had a small number of shares sold into the market, while a large bid of millions of shares remains unfilled.
The no-bid period is over, and has now been seriously tested with a notice to default, which may only have been pro-forma.
If you want to take a position, you may have to deal with having to buy in number at a higher price. You'll need to calculate at a higher price for less shares. Then you'll also have to sit on the immediate and apparent risks. For how long, nobody knows.
