Saskatchewan's SECRET Gold Mining Development.
via CEO.ca - Joe Mazumdar
I liked this article interviewing Joe Mazumdar. There was also a lengthy discussion of RMX.TO. Would this not be the same conditions as with GBN.V?
A revenue-based financing and shareholder squeeze-out does not even get a mention here. Ethics take a back seat when so much is at stake. It doesn't occur to anyone that buying gold out of the mine in a swap, or a revenue-based financing is a way of accumulating physical gold when you can get paid out in cash by the bullion banks when you actually get your futures bets in the money, and they have no ability to deliver physical, or have your account hypothecated when your broker goes bankrupt.
The Canada Pension Plan is swapping cash for gold! And nobody is the wiser! Completely overlooked!
The average price for GBN.V shares over the years is 31 cents. Nobody is making any money with no bid under the stock and a 0.005 cent offer. And yet, we're talking serious money should I be correct and The Royal Canadian Mint is the counterparty.

Another article I liked was the lenghty Wikipedia article on Private Equity, a whole new ball of wax which does not get a mention in the resource sector. Private Equity is coming to this sector, and may already be a big player.
